Free Websites Guys offers:

• Professionally designed, industry-specific websites
• Mobile responsive and SEO-friendly designs
• Preview-first experience before any payment
• Hosting and maintenance as part of a subscription

Optional services include:

• Onboarding support (Kickstart Package)
• A la carte help at $125/hour

Websites are delivered ready-to-launch. Clients are responsible for ongoing updates and content management through our built-in drag-and-drop editor.

Subscription Terms

• All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the payment date
• You may cancel after the 6-month term by emailing freewebsitesguys@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date

Example: If your billing date is May 1st and cancellation is emailed May 20th, you’re still responsible for June’s payment. Cancellation takes effect July 1st.

To cancel immediately and terminate hosting before completing your contract, you may opt to pay the remaining balance in full.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once service begins.

We mitigate buyer’s remorse by providing a full website preview before you pay. This ensures full transparency and confidence in your purchase.

Ownership and Hosting

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, text, images)
• We retain ownership of the platform, theme structure, and tools
• Sites are not portable and remain hosted through our platform

If your subscription lapses, your website may be taken offline and deleted within 15 business days.

Communication

All official communications — including onboarding, support, or cancellation — must be handled via email: freewebsitesguys@gmail.com

Phone calls, social media messages, or texts are not valid communication channels.

Support & A La Carte Services

• Clients manage their own updates
• Optional support is available at $125/hour, billed separately
• These services are not included in your subscription unless explicitly stated

Footer Branding & Opt-Out Policy

Every website includes a small footer credit and link:

“Made with ❤️ by Free Websites Guys”

You may request removal for a one-time fee of $397.
We reserve the right to remove branding at our discretion.

Platform Dependency & Service Continuity

Our websites are powered by a third-party platform that enables rapid delivery at scale. While we select reliable providers, we cannot control their decisions or infrastructure.

In the rare event that the platform becomes unavailable, we cannot guarantee continued hosting or access. We will provide reasonable notice and recommendations if this occurs.

We do not offer downloadable backups, direct migrations, or rebuild services — but may refer you to a trusted partner agency when appropriate.

Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any site materials
• Mirror site content elsewhere
• Transmit harassing, unlawful, or obscene content
• Use our service for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Collect user data without consent
• Infringe on the IP rights or privacy of others

Intellectual Property
