Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Free Websites Guys, we believe in transparency, clarity, and no surprises. Our service is built on showing you exactly what you’re getting before you commit. The policies below ensure mutual understanding and protect both your business and ours.

No Refunds After Payment

Once payment is made and onboarding begins, all payments and fees are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding fees, monthly subscriptions, and à la carte service charges.. We provide a full preview of your website before any payment is required so you can make an informed decision.

This approach eliminates surprises and ensures you’re confident in your purchase before committing.

Minimum Commitment

All website packages come with a 6-month minimum subscription requirement. Clients are responsible for paying all six months in full, either monthly or in one payment if early cancellation is requested.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription after the 6-month minimum, you must:

• Email your cancellation notice to freewebsitesguys@gmail.com
• Submit your notice at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date

Example: If your payment was made on May 1st and you email us on May 20th, your final payment will still be processed on June 1st, and your cancellation will take effect July 1st.

If you prefer to cancel sooner, you can opt to pay the remaining balance of your 6-month term in full.

Site Removal Timeline

Once your subscription ends or is paid in full, your website will be scheduled for removal. This process typically takes 10 business days, though timelines may vary based on system capacity.

Early Termination Option

If you need your site taken down before completing your 6-month agreement, you may pay the remaining months in full. Upon receipt of that payment, we will begin the removal process as described above.
